I received "The Giving Coin" from my good brother Tyler who in many ways has supported me in a path of healing and growth. I was in Tulum, Mexico during the conclusion of the first teacher training I have organized in a healing art named "Synergy".

We are on an amazing path of self discovery and I am about to embark to a journey to Peru where I will be meeting up with four people who graduated from this training and leading workshops in some remote villages in the Andes and in Lima the capital of Peru.

I feel blessed to be alive and continuously striving to promote more life as we encourage our physical and emotional bodies to break free of stagnation and love starvation. Synergy, is one medium that resonates well with me as do the practice of hatha yoga, thai massage, and capoeira angola. But the best medicine is the mother earth and the jubilant smiles and questions of kids.

Whoever reads this you have a friend in me. I will be working with a non-profit in Peru called Intiquricucha which means Children of the Sun in Quechua the native language of the Incas. We will be sharing the arts with them as they will be performing in an annual 3 day festival in Cusco, Peru during the month of September. If you have an art you wish to share with the kids I invite you to come join us and we will take care of your housing in trade for you sharing your music instrument your dance etc. with the kids.

As I continue to travel leading Synergy Workshops in the wonderful planet we share I look forward to crossing paths and paying it forward and I idea that I grateful is being symbolized in the "Giving Coin".

Tyler, my brother, you are a warrior of light thank you for assisting me on this courageous flight. When I feel to shrink and fall I will shake the webs of doubt and stand tall.
